SHIPPING
How long does shipping take?
US orders: 5-10 business days from print to delivery. International: 10-30 business days. We print on demand, so each piece is made fresh after you order.
What does shipping cost?
Free US shipping on all orders. No minimum. International shipping is calculated at checkout.
Where do you ship from?
We print and ship from a global fulfillment network — the closest production facility to your address. Fast shipping, lower carbon footprint.
Why is my tracking taking a while to update?
Print-on-demand means each piece is made fresh. There's a 2-5 day production window before tracking activates.
SIZING
What sizing do you use?
Tees: Bella+Canvas 3001. Retail fit, true to size.
Hoodies: Gildan 18500 Heavy Blend, 8 oz fleece. Roomy unisex cut, true to size.
Crewnecks: Gildan 18000, 8 oz fleece. True to size.
Snapback: OTTO structured flat-brim. One size, adjustable snap.
Full measurements — length, chest width, and the chest range each size fits, from XS to 5XL — are on the Fabric & Care page.
Between sizes? Go up for a relaxed streetwear fit. Stay true if you want fitted.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery on unworn, unwashed items in original condition. Return shipping is on the customer unless we made an error.
Print issues or defects?
Email us within 7 days with photos. We'll send a free replacement.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. Same 30-day window. Return the original and place a new order — US shipping is free on the replacement, no code needed.

Can I cancel an order?
If production hasn't started (usually within 2 hours), yes — email ASAP. After production begins, we can't cancel, but you can return.

PRODUCT CARE
How should I wash my Zensation pieces?
Inside out, cold water, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid bleach and ironing directly on prints. Treat them right and they'll last.
BRAND + DROPS
Why don't you restock once a drop closes?
The numbered-drops model only works if it's real. If we restocked, every drop would feel optional — customers would wait. We'd rather you buy when the phrase lands than wait for a price drop that's never coming. Once a drop closes, the phrase moves on.
How does early access work?
Sign up for emails at the bottom of any page. Subscribers get first look at a new drop before we post it anywhere else, plus LOCKIN15 for 15% off your first order. No spam, just drops.
Are you on social media?
Yes, but we don't lean on it. Notes live at Crashout Diaries. Social handles are in the footer when they're worth following.
