Welcome to Zensation. By using zensation.store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. They're written in plain English on purpose.

 

Acceptance

 

Using this site means you're at least 16 years old (or have a guardian's permission) and you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

 

Our Products

 

We do our best to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colors can look slightly different on different screens. Print colors may render slightly different on different screens than what arrives. Minor variations in print placement, print depth, and packaging are normal for print-on-demand and are not defects. Sizes are approximate and listed on each product page.

 

Pricing and Availability

 

Prices, promotions, and product availability can change at any time without notice. If we list a price by mistake (for example, $2 instead of $20), we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full before it ships.

 

Orders

 

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept by sending an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, a pricing error, or stock issues. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

 

Intellectual Property

 

The Zensation name, logo, product photos, copy, and overall site design belong to us. Please don't copy them for commercial use.

 

User Content and Social Sharing

 

If you tag @zensation or use our branded hashtags when sharing photos or videos of our products on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to repost and reuse that content in our marketing (with credit to your handle). If you'd rather we don't, just DM us please don't repost and we'll respect that.

 

Limitation of Liability

 

We provide our products and site as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Zensation isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the product in question.

 

Governing Law

 

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

 

Dispute Resolution

 

If we have a disagreement, please email alloutpurp@gmail.com first — most issues can be solved in one message. If we can't resolve it informally, disputes will be settled by binding individual arbitration in California, except where prohibited by law. You waive the right to participate in a class action.

 

Changes to These Terms

 

We may update these terms occasionally. The version posted here is always the current one, with an updated date.
