At Zensation, we want you to genuinely love what you wear. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

 

Our 30-Day Promise

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund, exchange, or replacement for any defect, misprint, or sizing issue.

 

Print Quality

Every Zensation piece is printed on demand. If your item arrives with a printing defect, a sizing or color mismatch, transit damage, or any quality issue — email a photo to hello@zensation.store within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or full refund. No return required for confirmed quality issues.

 

Sizing Exchanges

Wrong size? We're happy to swap. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Free return label on us, both ways. Just reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and the size you want.

 

Not Eligible for Return

Because each item is printed when you order it, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Buyer's remorse — items you simply changed your mind about
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Sale or final-drop items marked as non-returnable

 

Refund Timing

Once your refund is approved, expect 5-10 business days for it to appear on your original payment method.

 

How to Start a Return or Refund

Email hello@zensation.store with your order number and a photo of the issue if applicable. We respond within 1 business day on weekdays.
