Your privacy matters to us. Here's exactly what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

 

What We Collect

 

When you visit zensation.store or place an order, we collect:

  • Contact and order info: name, email, shipping address, phone number, and payment details (payment info is handled by Shopify — we never see your full card number).
  • - Browsing behavior: pages viewed, items added to cart, device type, and approximate location, gathered through cookies and tracking pixels.
  • - Communications: anything you send us by email or chat.

Who We Share It With

 

We only share data with the partners we need to run the store:

  • Shopify — processes your order and payment.
  • - Printify — prints and ships your order on demand (receives your name and shipping address only).
  • - Klaviyo — sends marketing and order emails you've opted into.
  • - Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) — helps us show relevant ads.
  • - Google Analytics — helps us understand site traffic.

We never sell your personal data.

 

Cookies

 

Cookies and similar pixels remember your cart, keep you logged in, and help us measure ads. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site may not work as smoothly.

 

Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

 

Wherever you live, you have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct anything that's wrong, delete your data (right to be forgotten), opt out of marketing emails (every email has an unsubscribe link), and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal info for targeted ads.

How Long We Keep Data

 

We retain order and customer data for up to 7 years to meet tax, accounting, and warranty obligations. Marketing data is deleted within 90 days of you unsubscribing.

 

Children

 

Zensation is not intended for anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.

 

Changes

 

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a revised date.
